The broker, Todd Steinberg of Thrive Financial Group, the banker, Shannon Hay of United Midwest Savings, and the Lawyer, Sara Sharp of SK&S Law Group, all bring years of industry deal expertise. They have seen it all and want to share their experiences to create a smoother accounting firm acquisition process.
