Course Description

In order to fully understand a topic, you must know its past, present, and future, and that's the same for R&D tax credits. Join this session where our presenters will review the history of this tax credit as it relates to businesses of all sizes. The presenters will also discuss important news and updates on tax law in relation to the credit. The presenters will share strategies for optimizing the credit, especially concerning the Employee Retention Tax Credit, and will discuss critical items to include in an R&D study to defend a claim confidently.
